Biography
I'm a 20-year-old trainee chef from Hackney in London's East End. I graduated from Westminster Kingsway College with a Professional Chef Diploma in summer 2007 and I'm currently working on a one-year contract at Carles Abellan's Michelin-starred modern tapas restaurant Comerç 24 in Barcelona. I'm passionately pursuing a life-long ambition to become a top-class chef and a world-famous restaurateur one day.
