Biography: I have been in a kitchen for as long as I have been old enough to work. And although it was never what I would have expected I have fallen in love with the industry, as well as the characters in it. I also enjoy politics, or whats left of it, reading (especially mysteries), basketball, bocce ball, hold 'em, movies, music, and anything outdoors.
