The Friendly Ambiance and Flavor of this establishment is reflected by the values that the owners, Donna and Kevin Maltz, share and have brought to their business practices. Since the creation of this delicious, growing concept, the owners have always embraced the concept of running a socially responsible establishment. Incorporating the principles of recycling, waste management, energy saving solutions, water-saving systems, biodegradable packaging, and employee education has always been part of the Restaurant's ethics. Donna and Kevin were honored this year to have been chosen the Alaska Small Business Owners of the Year for their social and ecological business practices.
