Also Gallo Wines offers a great internet training program "Gallo Wine Academy". I was able to sign up for it through my rep. If you know anyone involed With Gallo it is a great resource! Also just get out there and taste! Taste! Taste! My wife is always embarassed when we go to the market cause I am always smelling produce and tasting when possible. Submerge yourself in WINE! (Not literally!)
