Today I learned that we are starting to put Perfect Portion Menus on all of the tables as a set-up. Go Perfect Portions....they go very well with the Perfect Beer!!

What did you learn today? (I just want to know if everyone else knows too) :o)

Yeah, Kristen, early reports in are that this is one of the smartest things we have done at T&K. Not only are guests crossing over from Unlimited Soup and Salad helping us to execute more effectively at lunch.

It is also great timing when guests are looking for better value and more timely delivery and service.

I also learned that we have to put it on the plate perfectly. We can't screw up the presentations or it doesn't have the WOW impact that will build future business.

Don't let anyone take these plates out if they aren't perfect!!!!
My friend Sage just told me that she had a Mich. Ultra Aluminum bottle at a Chilli's served at 22 degrees.
