1)I like the relationships that I have built over the past 11 years.

2)The constant change. We rarely get great at what we do. I love that we are always in front of the next thing, but we sometimes fail to execute right now.

I am with Josh.....I love the fact that we get obsessive about being great!! It is fun to be a part of a fast paced, growing, company that is constantly on the offensive to be spectacular....!

What do I like least.....sometimes it "feels" like we get obsessive about the wrong things or too many things.....it does make it harder to get great at any one thing.

I love getting to meet new people all the time! We have some fantastic Managers and Operators who are dedicated to Guest First! Getting to know them and work with them is very exciting! I also love that in so many ways you create your own path at T&K. There are lots of opportunities for development and growth.

I agree with Andy with what I like least. Sometimes... we juggle too many things at once, and that can make it hard to be great at any one of them. That doesn't stop us however, from doing what we can to be great at them all. Sometimes, It's just the nature of the beast.

1) I When I started with this job, I could not believe how much they made me feel like part of a great big family. I also enjoyed working for a company that believed in having fun, while taking care of business. I also learned some great leadership skills.

2) It seems that lately we are trying to focus so much on Gold standards and zero OT. That I have seen managers under pressure making the choice to meet these guide lines and sacrificing the number #1 thing that we are in business for, Giving guests a great dining experience and building a loyal following. The constant influx of e-mails talking about Guests not seeing managers and negative guest counts seems to me to be proof of this.

I like the fact that I have had the opportunity to prove myself and move from server to management.

I don't like the fact that currently I can not log into Applepm and stay with my current situation.

1) What I like about most working at T & K is the opportunities that have been given to me. I have been recognized by being my self and doing my job the best way I know how and that feels amazing to be rewarded for just being me!

2) What I like least is that there are too many menus that are confusing for my guests, and it complicates my job in more ways than one.

What i like best about working for Thomas & King is getting to know new and interesting people. Sharing what I can with others, and learning from others. Being a giver and not a taker, I love working with others. Sharing ideas, and knowledge. Training is what I really love the most. I have worked with the best, K-Dog she knows who she is! Corp. from home office. Amanda-Erin-and all the others from SuperBowl Weekend. And I can say that I have nothing to say about what I like least.
