Why do you think we went wrong with guests? What are some things that your store is doing to make things better? Where are your employees focusing their attention?
We've been a very busy company in the past couple of years, and now we are finally realizing that it is time to focus more on the guest :o) YAY!!! Hello? Where did we go? :o)
The best things we do at our restaurant is trying to maintain guest interaction with other guests and the staff.
1. KNOW THEIR NAMES
2. ASK THEM QUESTIONS
3. REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT THEY WANT
4. REMEMBER THEM AND WHAT THEY LIKE
I could go on and on but I want to hear some things that your store has done to make improvments.
Yesterday, I had so much fun! I had a couple of tables and the bar in the morning and I had my guests at the tables interacting with my bar guests. How did I do it? I introduced them to each other and I gave them all a trivia question to try to answer. Here was the question of the day...people love it....
What is black when you buy it? Red when you use it, and Grey when you throw it away?
