Teamwork is one of my biggest goals, we use games like bingo when encouraging the staff to up-sell featured items its really cool to see the staff get excited which in turn gets the guests excited about being in the restaurant.

Darden Announces Leadership Succession Plan

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) announced that Clarence Otis is stepping down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
