I worked as a coffee barista for years. And one of the most annyoing aspects of my work was the whipped cream on the drinks. It melted as soon as I applied to the hot drinks and would fall on one side when I put it on cold drinks. Customers would complain to us that they didn't want to pay for a $5 cup of coffee when it looked like a mess. I know how to help with this aspect of the job and the train employees to make the appearence look better. After all, we know that customer eat with their eyes as well
