I love Spanish food! I lived in Spain 10 years ago but I'm always looking for great Spanish restaurants. Seattle has very little to choose from, and others I've been to - here and around the world - the chorizo isn't quite the same, I have not seen morcilla, the tortilla is salty or doesn't taste quite right. One so far has had ensaladilla rusa - my favorite! But it's hard to find. Is this normal? Can anyone else recommend some good Spanish restaurants - I've been all over Europe and the US. I'm guessing they are trying to appeal to all tastes and perhaps it was the region I was in, but I would love to find more great Spanish restaurants!
