I found a cool program a couple months ago. It allows me to keep up with my entire restaurant with one glance. Shiftnote.com helps me lead my team and make suggestions to my other restaurants without actually being there. I love the messaging and calendar functions. Alerts tell me when something has gone wrong in the restaurant. This is a great HR tool and keeps me safe because I can print out entries when I do employee reviews. I beat them up a little bit and only pay 27.95 a month. Mike
