I posted this in a previous discussion group but did not hear back from anyone. I am collecting information on vegetarian options at restaurants to post on my site, http://www.goeggless.com. I see it as free advertising for restaurant owners. The easier it is for a vegetarian to know what they can eat at your restaurant, the more likely he or she will go to it. You don't need to be an all-vegetarian restaurant to draw in customers. Often, vegetarians dine with non-vegetarians. It is incentive enough for them to come if they can know what meets their dietary needs without having to ask a waiter when they get to the restaurant. In particular, my site focuses on what is free of eggs, meat, and fish. Dairy products are fine. This diet is know as lacto-vegetarian. I also collect information on what is vegan and lacto-ovo (meaning with eggs but without meat and fish), if you have any information on that. If you like to submit your restaurant's information, please send it in to sarah@goeggless.com. Also, please give me any thoughts you may have on my site. Thank you.
