Looking for a snapshot analysis...
Question generated by a client - what service provider is most robust yet cost effective in the Loyalty/Rewards program offerings to the restaurant industry?
Must be fully integrateable with POS, text (SMS) and various social platforms (FB, Twitter, etc) AND provide extensive metric reportage on weekly timeline.
We have our opinions, but would like to ask you..

Funny, I have been looking into this myself lately for a client. The Brand my location is with has a great internal system integrated into our web based tools, however it's proprietary.
One alternative I have come across that seems very impressive and grabs my attention to try it out is
I haven't personally used them yet, but plan on it.
