Solar Thermal design for facilities

We are looking for a chain restaurant to size solar thermal systems for stores in various climates across the country.
You need the water and energy usage of the facilities, the cost of energy at the facilities.
Have a minimum of 10 facilities across the country.

The goal is to show the benefits and energy savings of using solar-thermal evacuated-tube collectors, for facilities regardless of location in the country. You will receive a detailed report for each location on the appropriate system size and costs, that you will be able to present to the Board of Directors.
