The most ambitious and bold design

Hello!

I'm looking for someone really experienced in commercial kitchens design in order to get the closest-to-perfection one for my project: the most state-of-the-art 'A1 class' commercial kitchen that also would house a TV-cooking-studio and a showroom-classroom cooking area (much better if all-in-one but not necessarily).

Moreover the place should house an 80-100 seated pax dining room + a very comfortable Bar + a Tobaccologist (smoking) Area + a small Art Gallerie + a Waitting Area + some Gardens + a Valet-Parking Lot + headquarter offices area) will be my ideal of a Fine Restaurant and International Gastronomic Society.

I know that this is a very ambitious project, but thanks in advance for your suggestions.
