Hello Kathy,
Do you know if wireless payment systems exist for mobile food trucks? If so, do you have any product information on the different system options?
Thx.

Matradee, an online restaurant reservation and marketing platform, recently entered it's Beta phase. At this time there is no charge, it's completely free. All we ask is that you provide feedback on how we could improve the system. To find out more or test the website, visit us at: www.Matradee.com.

Please note: Any reservations made are real, and will be sent to the corresponding restaurant. Please only make reservations if you intend fulfill them. Thank you!

What is the most expensive piece of equipment in your restaurant? Recent studies show that the cost of operating your hood over your cookline averages $2.00 per cfm per year. That means that a non-UL rated 10 ft hood operating at 400 cfm per linear foot adds $8,000.00 in operation costs to your bottom line every year. New advances in technology and studies on air movement and control have paved the way for leading hood manufactures to fabricate UL listed hoods that operate effectively and efficiently at dramatically lower CFM volumes. The less air you pull out the less air you must replace with tempered make up air. Lower air volumes mean smaller fan sets at installation as well. To survive in today's challenging market, we have to be smarter about how we do business. For many who are using older ventilation systems it may be a very wise choice to upgrade to a new energy efficient system that will help your bottom line for years to come. In some markets the utility companies are even offering rebates to commercial customers to offset the cost of this kind of equipment, not to mention the double depriciation permitted on your taxes through the end of this year. A good dealer will be able to help you negotiate all the technical innuendoes of replacing your current system. The right tools do make a difference!
