I've been an avid reader of fohboh blogs for a couple of years now. I only wish I had joined sooner. I recently lost my job (that I loved) as a Multi Unit Manager and have been on the hunt for just over a month. I'm a big Sullivan fan with a great track record highlighted by the highest customer satisfaction in my Franchise for 2008. I also revamped the companies training procedures for Key Hourly and AGM trainees. Training is a big strength of mine having been the Area Training General Manager for some time before being promoted. I trained over 30 Managers and GM's. If any of you can help it would be greatly appreciated!
