I was wondering what your advice would be on marketing a pizza as the best when you have 2 other pizza places in the same town. Trust me it is a small town!

You need a plan in writing to do this. That's the first and best place to start.

Was there much talk of reducing portions? (the last thing to do right now)

There was some discussion on reducing the size of pizza a few inches, like a 12inch to 11inch.
