Lemon Pizza:
Think crust dough.Spread mozz,cheddar,provolone on dough. Add fresh lemon zest.
Sprinkle chopped white onion and slices of imported ham. Splash of light cream and another splash of lemon juice. Bake. 6-7 min at 540
When it comes out add black pepper and break up fresh baby arugula to release the oils. Citrus of lemons plus the sweet of onions/ham with the bite of arugula..superb.
