Not in the restaurant biz per say, but can help you find your land or building for one! I'm in real estate.

However, I am definitely a food and wine (esp reds!) lover. We have some great Mom & Pop places here in little Waxhaw, just south of Charlotte, and only look for my culinary delights to get better with time and the new Johnson& Wales in Uptown!
