Take a look at the free Multi U demo video I have posted on my FOH BOH page because it deals specifically with time management from the Multi Unit leader's perspective. It gives some creative ways to think about time management in the 24/7 world we manage in. Much betterthan a printed list! Let me know what you think and thanks
