My client, Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has just been named an official educational partner of the National Restaurant Association's Conserve:Solutions for Sustainability initiative. Kendall Dean Christopher Koetke and I have been named to the national Conserve Action Council. We have been making presentations to groups across the country and would welcome an opportunity to participate in this group.
