Hi attitude is great, but I look at prompitness, foloowed by knowledge, then attitude, cleansiness, the ability to express the knowledge which he/she has, then the ability to follow through, I always try to tell my students to treat others as they would like to be treated, as a waiter, manger and propietor, I have always looked at it this way.
