Hello All,
We are a POS software manufacturer and were recently in Vegas for a show. I have to say I had the best meal at China Grill in Mandalay Bay. Loved the experience and the City. Thank you Vegas!

Hello All!

I work with a restaurant company outside of Vegas, however, since Texas doesn't have legalized gambling it is hard to share ideas with local restauranteurs.

I work for a concept that has games, food, and drinks. The games give tickets redeemable for prizes (not money). Our buildings are 30,000 to 60,000 sq ft.

So my question to you is....how do you do it? How do you give great game service, food service, and beverage service without suffering in guest service?

I'd love any thoughts or ideas!
