Restaurant Social Media

I have been working for a while now to get some effective programs into various restaurant concepts. The programs are built on structured ways to stay focused on relationships (the people part of the business) as we lead and work.

Everyone I speak with thinks the programs are just right, but not as many as I'd hoped have invested in the programs. Part of it, to be sure, are the busy schedules, but more than that I think the "soft skills" are severely undervalued.

Another reason is budget. Things are tight and these programs can be expensive. Don't get me wrong, they are worth way more than they cost, but if someone can't pay that it really doesn't make a difference. :)

So, here is my question:
What, on average, can a restaurant location afford for the programs like LeaderFISH! and FISH!?

Check them out here (www.fishphilosophy.com) and let me know what you think. I am not advertising, but I need your help. The places that have applied these practices are growing and are not threatened by the downturn we've seen. It has been applied in both QSR and Casual.

I know it is a tough question with a lot of variables, but let me know your thoughts on a budget mark and then I can adjust the materials to fit...and maybe just do some more good around these parts! :)
