I'd like to understand the key mission of this group. Is the primary goal to define and guide investment into start-up restaurant ventures? If not, please provide further detail regarding the overall objectives of this group.

I would absolutely love to get involved with building this network! Perhaps we can start out with looking at how much money you need to actually start a business by looking at the cost of supplies, labor, marketing, land, building, equipment and your break even point. What has you feasibility study told you?
