Voice of the Restaurant Industry

Welcome to the Food Styling group's maiden voyage! I'm just going to dive right in to get the ball rolling:

I don't mind admitting that my first food photos were taken with a pretty shoddy digital camera with low resolution and not a lot of features. I've only recently upgraded to a better "novice" digital camera on my journey towards a very yummy camera complete with lots of bells and whistles.

I've got my eyes on the Nikon D80 http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/NikonD80/ but I'm always open to hearing what others use and/or wish for.

So dive in and share your equipment experiences..
