I want to begin by talking about the basics elements of good "food Photography" and how they make or break the final image. First let me say that Food photography is an investment of time and resources to produce a final product that promotes business and provokes guests (clients) to purchase.
The quality of all the sub products creates the scene for the final image that will be produced and how that will eventually promote you, your company and your dish. Do you want the best possible representation of who you are and what you create in your food?
The essential elements that are needed to provide this are as follows. A team of people that can create your vison (professional photographer, food stylist and assistants), the finest ingredients, the correct capture system (Camera and Final Files) and lighting. These are all important elelments that should be considered when venturing into a photographay shoot for your product. Along with these comes vision and planning the basis of everything successful in life.
Please feel free to ask questions about the content so far and I will walk through this slowly so that everyone that joins can learn and enjoy.
