Food/Chef's in action in Flickr

Do you have food photos in Flickr? I am a moderator in one of the Flickr groups:Foodista and I am always on the lookout for food photos to show or feature in www.foodista.com. I see a lot of pictures on food, but only a handful of photos of chef's in action. I am still a newbie in food photography which is why I want to ask: Is it difficult to take pictures of chef's in action? And what would be the best technique/method to take a picture of them in the kitchen?
