As a designer of commercial food service facilities, I am exploring the bennefits of becoming LEED Certified. Within my peer group many would say this is not a relevant certification at this time due to lack of definition in LEED programs relevant to Food service Equipment. I am wondering if anyone can point me to a discussion forum revolving around this topic?

Hello Group members,
I'm trying to source out the best green containers for mobile food trucks. I need something that has some neat design elements, compact, readily compostable and economical. I know that's alot to ask but any leads would be helpful.
Thx.
