I think one of the biggest concerns for restaurants today is how to communicate to guests in this economy and convincing them to spend time and money in your establishment - there's a fair amount of marketing that needs done in more cost-effective and relevant ways than traditional media allows. How can FohBoh help owners/operators with this... maybe a webinar?
