Hello All,

I am an airport concessions operator at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. I am searching for new brands that may be a good fit for the airport environment. Here is a short list of some QSR brands I really like (operationally & food):

Earl of Sandwich
Firehouse Subs
Chipotle
Five Guys
Chick-fil-A


I would like feedback on all major food categories if possible- Italian, Salad, Sandwich, Mexican, Coffee, Frozen Desserts, Asian, etc.

Also, does anyone have any feedback on Pollo Campero?
