Hey there Patti,

I'm a chef from Canada. My fav dish to make and serve is a Chinese 5 spice and ginger marinated duck breast with sesame oil, served with a vanilla sweet potato puree, a wild mushroom ragout topped with a Spicy apricot chutney.

Hi Patti,
My signature dish usually comes from whatever work I'm currently. Since I now make Goat Milk Gelato (www.gelatidicapri.com), it's Bada Bing. That's Bing Cherry Chocolate Almond (think chocolate & amaretto). I hope to be on www.regionalbest.com soon so everybody can get some.
