Hospitality Leader now PhD student needs help with Industry Survey

Dear Industry Leaders,

I need participants for my PhD survey which focuses on all levels of foodservice and restaurant managers and chefs. I am studying how commitment impacts embeddedness and intent to stay in our industry. Why you and I have stayed and others have left. It's an important study for practicioners, so please be a part of the research. It takes 20 minutes for the full survey, but you can complete part at one time and then return later to finish.

To recognize all the survey participants, $1000 will be donated to the NRA and ACF Education Scholarship Funds for students studying restaurant management and culinary arts. Your participation will support the educational efforts of aspiring hospitality professionals.

b>All survey responses are voluntary and confidential. There is no list of individuals who have completed the survey or how many individuals responded to the questions. The study results will help foodservice and restaurant organizations design practical programs to retain the best managers and chefs.
