Today I am drinking a very nice single origin coffee from Costa Rica. It is a sweet and spicy coffee from CoopTarrazu, that has hints of apricots, cinnamon, and sweet tangerine in the finish. I am enjoying it black from a french press.

Today I am drinking a very nice colombian coffee. This coffee is sweet, mellow, rich and has a distinct winy character in the aftertaste. It is roasted to a medium (full-city) roast level and I am enjoying it from a Melitta drip coffee maker.

I find the Colombian coffee to be complex and rich, a full character coffee with distinct depth and strong fragrant aromas.
Sounds great, I perfer to use a french press when making coffee. Evan though I like the smoothness of Costa Rican coffee, I rely like the spice and earthy accents of African coffee beans.
Today in enjoyed two wonderful cups of brewed coffee at Crescent Moon Coffee &Tea in Mullica Hill, NJ. The coffee was brewed strong enough to make it interesting and complex. I tried thier Morning Blend and the 100% Costa Rica, and both were very good. Both coffees showed depth, richness and very good aromaics.

Crescent Moon is a roaster retailer, where they roast thier own coffee. The owners take great pride in preparing and serving an honest cup of coffee.
I'm drinking an iced French Roast. I don't know why, but as soon as the temperature climbs to over 60 degrees, I no longer want hot coffee unless it's an espresso (which I usually drink in the afternoon). The coffee I'm drinking now is a blend of South American and Indonesian beans and it stands up well to being iced. Very mellow without being watery...and still packs a punch.
