I have a weird one brewing for november, a wedding party is requesting a lobster tail carving station, anyone ever done something so ludicrous, or innovative, depends on how you look at it i guess... the application is an hor d'ourves upcharge and served with drawn butter for one hour, any thoughts?
it just seems over the top
