Why individuals leave companies or go to work for companies can be summarized into the following.....CLAMPS+Q.....Challenge (are you getting the training and support you desire and need?..Do you have a mentor relationship w/ your boss?..Is the position rewarding for you?)......Location ( how far to and from work?).....Advancement (How important is it?).....Money (the worst reason to leave or accept a position, however it is an obvious consideration)....Prestige (..of the company and the product)....Stability (the financial stability of the organization)...And then the Q is Quality of life (how many hours--when are they?). If you are evaluating opportunities, use this system to gauge the importance TO YOU in each aspect.
