  • Newport Harbor High School is off to Kansas for the ProStart Nationals. You are the best in California - Have fun!
  • What an exciting weekend to watch high school culinary students who are part of the ProStart curriculum to make a three-course meal in one hour with two butane burners! WOW. I was impressed and so was the audience. Newport Harbor High School in Orange County swept both competitions, Culinary and Management. These kids are the ones to watch. Imagine what the culinary landscape will look like in 10 years with high schoolers starting at such a young age. Congrats to all of the participating students.
