Step 1: call it "The Grill"
Step 2: Gourmet back yard, real home grills, open kitchen design, "kiss the cook" aprons
Step 3: Go big or go home, got to have some big burgers and for the health nut, variety like avocado or eggplant
Step 4: See step 3

2. Hunting Lodge
3. Double Decker - Beef, Elk and Buffalo burgers - brainstorm for the vegans.
4. Chili, Burgers, Cheese soups, fruit salads, be ecclectic.
5. Bar

Step 1: Call it Burgers and Brews (Cause nothing goes better with a burger than an ice cold beer)
Step 2: Diner style (kind of like johnny rockets) have the table side juke box selector as well -- burger, beer, and rock and roll
Step 3: Great burgers with many different toppings or signature burgers, hand packed and grilled under domes to keep the moisture in, great fries, large diner portions. Cold Beer, bottles of different beers and local microbrew pulled from tub filled with ice. Tap beer as well, frosted mugs maybe.
Step 4: Along with the burgers and fries, throw in chicken, fish, and veggie varieties, sliders and of course the beer.
