1/4 lb patty served on

grilled Telera roll

schmeared with our own

bacon jam and topped with

an over medium egg and

aged cheddar cheese.

I hope to add ideas, thoughts, and experiences to this group. I currently have a Frijolie Nrgro Burger cooking demo on Grill it with Bobby Flay's web page. I am new to this site so I will try to post a copy of it or the link for the foodnetwork.

Burgers are the quintessential menu builder & milestone. The measure of a restaurant can often be its quality of burger. Essentially it is a good measuring stick.

While in Costa Rica this year, I had a club burger: beef patty, chicken filet, sliced deli ham, bacon and a fried egg. A hefty order, but when on vacation...try the local indulgence.
The fried egg intrigued me the most; as i have seen (in America) more and more breakfast burger builds.

Has anyone come across any unique breakfast burger builds?
