I work in the food business - restaurants and cafés - for about 17 years. Today i'm consulting for existing business and helping in opening a new ones. Can anyone recommend a must have Brazilian cuisine cookbook? I love the tastes of Brazil and would like to try preparing some of the dishes. Also, do you know of an online source for the ingredients? Thanks!
