Sourcing Information

If you were opening a restaurant in Atlanta where would you go for information on purchasing equipment, supplies and food? What publications are there in Georgia that have this type of information? Any thoughts?

eMail Program I Distribute, www.eintouch.com, I am the SE Distributor, and have Representation in Orlando. Corporate has a Dealer in Texas as well.
