winner of Urbani truffle recipe contest

Just wanted to toot my horn. last october my friend david Fusco from Fusco's restaurant in Acworth and myself were traveling through italy. we were in the piedmont region around Alba, during a truffle festival. Anyway, I picked up a contest application for a truffle recipe and just got an email that the recipe won second place. First place was a trip to the Urbani estate, all expense paid, second place is $500 worth of truffle products. when the products arrive Fusco's Via Roma will put together a special dinner and I will post the menu when david and I put it together.
