Canoe Restaurant is hosting a wine dinner with Eyrie Vineyards on Thursday, February 21st. Winemaker Jason Lett will be in attendance to talk about the winery. What a great dinner Matt! You guys were on top form all night long. Jason was super informative and as pleasant as can be. It was such a great opportunity to get to know him a bit. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on that eau de vie we had with dessert and coffee. Bravo to chef Carvel as well!
