Help on Exporting Data from Backoffice to excel. If you are exporting data from backoffice, you do so from the reports. Goto backoffice, reports, select report group, report, go to the top of the screen and drill down the export file type and choose excel format, select the export button and I export them to a thumbdrive. I prefer to create a report folder so I can locate the files easily. I hope this helps.
