Most Chain Restaurants have strick budgets and some time's I find they look at price more then the product quality. Alot of time's I find this costs more in the long run. What do you think?

Hi Mary,

I think you're right in some cases although I think with the rising costs of supplies chains are looking for a little more bang for their buck.  It may not be as simple as a dollar value - it may be other "value-driven" items such as warranty the durability of the item, etc.

We have a poll on our commercial refrigeration website that asks, "When purchasing commercial refrigeration products what is the most import feature?" 49% so far said the price is important, followed by 23% who say the warranty is important.  So if 49% of our customers are driven solely by price then 51% are looking at other things.  So a great product + a great service experience + a great price = success.

When you can buy directly online there is way more competition and people are doing their research like nothing before.
