My mother-in-law recently drove up the I-5 on her way from Riverside to San Francisco. She claims that there were signs (literally) all the way from Bakersfield to Livermore along the Interstate with various proclamations of catastrophic crop loss and economic upheaval.


How will this affect the LA restaurant food prices? How connected and aware are the restaurant operators to this issue?
