Thanks to all that have joined Gen X. It's not just for those who fall within the years. It's for all. My main goal for the group is to see how our generation relates to those before us and those who come after. As a trainer, I am neck deep in all ages.

Doug: I was thinking about Gen A. While not good and generational mathmatics, I think Jesus was Gen J or C??? We can take it from there. After that, I think we either double up on letters or start at the beginning, again.
