Where could I source mass volume of packaged healthy food?

A business partner of mine has been considering starting a niche competitor to  e-Diets or Nutrisystem.

Where could he source large volumes of high quality healthy food.  The vendor would need to have the capability to turnaround in reasonable time and have some base tech infrastructure that could be integrated with an order management system coming from his site.
