I don't know any companies in your country but there is a restaurant chain in the States that makes their own tortillas called Uncle Julio's based in Dallas Texas. You can try to contact them for information.

Appreceiate your help Howard thanks. I just found a company called Lenin (they make tortilla machines) based in Mexico that might be able to help me out too....
